The Apapa is a tropical fish found at Panas Jungle. It resembles a much bigger, predatory version of the Pacific Herring with a shiny silver and gold-colored body. It is quite common among the Jungle.
Location[]
- Panas Jungle: Everywhere except for the Emerald Marsh
Baits & Lures[]
- Baits: Colored Bait (Blue), Quick Hitter, Rainbow Bait.
Techniques[]
Because of their large slender body, it is quite easy to distinguish from smaller fish such as the African Pike. However, it also can be a nuisance while looking for rare fish like the Pirarucu or Electric Eel because of its wide distribution and tendency to steal bait.
Any L-sized tackle works for this fish.
Trivia[]
- The school of this fish is known to encircle a school of baitfish to trap them before attacking.
- They are belong to the Order Clupeiformes, which include herrings and sardines.
