The Arowana, most likely Gold Crossback Asian Arowana based from its appearance, is a tropical fish found at Panas Jungle. It has a distinct body shape with a striking golden-orange color and large eyes. It is related to the much larger Pirarucu. You must catch this fish to complete the quest "Find the Key Man".

Because of its unique shape, this fish can easily distinguished from other large fish that also lives in the Marsh. It is less skittish than them though, so expect them to occasionally steal your baits.

- In real life, there are many varieties of the Asian Arowana. The most famous are green, silver Asian, red-tailed golden, super red, and the golden crossback. The golden crossback is the most likely variety depicted in the game.
- This species are highly prized for aquarist because they are considered to be a symbol of good luck and prosperity, especially among people with Chinese descent for their resemblance to the Chinese dragon. There is another superstition that the fish can spare its owner from death by dying itself.
- As a result, there are cases of criminal acts like kidnapping or even straight-out robbery because of this beautiful fish.
- The Arowana are mouthbrooders. The male of this species brood the eggs and offsprings of his partner inside his mouth.
- They can leap out of water quite high that they require a tight cover in captivity.
