The Goblin Shark is a fish found in Safir Cave. It has a pale, elongated body with an unique snout that gives it away. It's quite rare and mostly found at the right back side of the cave where the water is quite dark, close to the rock boundaries.
Locations[]
- Safir Cave: Back of the cave, in the dark areas
Baits & Lures[]
- Quick Hitter (L-XL)
- Rainbow (L-XL)
Technique[]
The Goblin Shark is notably skittish, chances are either Pudgy Cuskeel or Frilled Shark will take the bait first if they're nearby. The shark itself isn't really common, so it may take some time before one finally spawns.
This fish is harder to reel in than other large fish in the cave, but nowhere as bad as King of Herrings. Just pay attention to the tension meter and changes the rod direction when it's needed.
