In a Submarine Tour, the player boards a submarine to view all kinds of fish available in the particular area. All of the main areas in Penangkapan Island have this activity, though some areas have more than one for the area itself. You must catch a specified number of fish in a given area before you are allowed to participate. The tour take 4 hours of your time, but time completely stops as long as you stay in the submarine. They can be useful to see any species that you have not caught yet and some of the tours even become the only way to unlock most of the uncatchable fish for the Aquarium.

- Tidur River Submarine Tour - from Tidur River bulletin board. Costs 100 points and available after caught 30+ fish in Tidur.
- Kerikil River Submarine Tour - from Kerikil River bulletin board. Costs 100 points and available after caught 30+ fish in Kerikil.
- Panas Jungle Submarine Tour - from Panas Jungle bulletin board. Costs 100 points and available after caught 30+ fish in Panas.
- Malam Jungle Submarine Tour - from Malam Jungle bulletin board. Costs 100 points and available after caught 30+ fish in Malam.
- Safir Cave Submarine Tour - from Kerikil River bulletin board. Costs 100 points and available after caught 40+ fish in Kerikil.
- Penangkapan Ocean Submarine Tour (West Coast) - from Teman Paradise Beach bulletin board. Costs 100 points and available after caught 30+ fish in Teman. You may see the Manta Ray and the Bottlenose Dolphin during the tour and unlock them for the Aquarium.
- Penangkapan Ocean Submarine Tour (South Coast) - from Pacar Beach bulletin board. Costs 250 points and available after caught 40+ fish in Pacar. You may see the Whale Shark during the tour and unlock it for the Aquarium.

- Despite how small and shallow the Kerikil River is, the submarine somehow still fits into the river.
- The tour uses the same music also used by the Aquarium .
